Summary
- Ukraine continues to top the list of mentions, followed, as last month, by Russia, the EU, and the United States. There is an increase in the number of mentions for most of the actors included in the analysis (NATO stands out). The exceptions are Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Israel, which have fewer mentions.
- The rankings on views remains unchanged at the top, with Ukraine in first place, followed, as in January, by Russia, the U.S., and the EU. The overall trend suggests that the impact of mentions has increased for most of the actors analyzed. The exceptions are Germany, France and the UK.
- For the vast majority of actors considered, most mentions are still found in social networks. The only exception is the United Kingdom. In terms of the impact of mentions, social networks rank ahead of the online press in most cases. The exceptions, as in the previous month, are the EU, the U.S. and the U.K., with a greater impact of mentions in the online press. Basically, these three actors register more mentions on social networks, but mentions in the online press have a greater impact.
- The war in Ukraine continues to be the primary context in which the actors under consideration are mentioned. Against this backdrop, Ukraine is mentioned this month in connection with Romania and the Bâstroe Canal, as well as Russia, the EU, the U.S., and NATO in connection with Moldova. Israel is also mentioned in connection with regional geopolitics.
